Hello everyone! Has anyone heard of this company before? I got an email from them, and they make the one job offer sound great, but don't want to get scammed. I think the website access is like $12.00 a month or $49.99, it does not say if that is for a year of lifetime or what. So if anyone knows about this site and can let me know and others know, that would be great! I also put another posting looking for help on getting a work at home job. I posted it on the Introduce Yourself when it probly should have been in general discussion. So here it is again, and I hope someone can help me out.
"Hello! I was reading some of your posts here on Soho, and I am wondering if you would help me out in getting a job at home. Such as looking at my resume, and maybe giving me some tips. It seems to me you know what to do, and how to do it. So I am calling on your expertise, and if anyone else would like to help me out as well. I would greatly appreciate it and hope to hear from you soon!!!"
Thanks!!
Julie - Florida
Thanks and good luck to everyone!
Julie

I replied to this post several days ago, however my reply has not appeared in the forum.
Anyways, YES, I believe legitjobs is a scamsite. They have shady business practices of drawing in customers to purchase admission to their job postings and they continually spam you even after you request to be removed from their mailing list. Many of their jobs are outdated jobs they got off other free job search sites and many are "sample" jobs - jobs you might find on XYZ site if you sign up and pay for membership to view XYZ company's job listings. This is all from personal experience.
resdponding to your post I did get a great job from Legit Jobs & have been working for nine months with good pay & benefits. In my opinion they are not a scam.
They are a BIG scam. Don't waste your time. I had to contact the BBB and the FTC fruad division after I signed up with them.
They also operated another scam called ESOL. Also called Career Glance.
All the jobs listed were AT LEAST three months old or older. Out of the 20 or so jobs that I applied for, ALL of them were either bad email addresses, no longer hiring or had never heard of "legitjobs" before. The rest were jobs stolen from other websites.
The funny thing was legitjobs is sort of how I found SOHO. All the jobs posted at Legitjobs said you "had to be a SOHOjobs subscriber to apply"!!!! lol. I guess they were stealing all the job leads from SOHO.
Legitjobs also tries to hook you up with all of these MLM scams after you join. They harrassed me for a like a year with these bogus survey site offers that were trying to get MORE money from me. They post a lot of fake jobs on Careerbuilder so WATCH OUT!
