Processing Rebates

Hello fellow sohoers!  I was just curious to know if anyone has received an email about or participated in the processing rebates from home opportunity.  I have received more than one of these emails claiming that you can make a decent income from home by processing rebates for well-known companies like, Circuit City, Best Buy, Home Depot etc.  I was supposedly started by a woman named Angela Penbrook and its costs $197.00 to start working right awayevileye.  If anyone knows the real deal about this, I would really appreciate a response. Thank you all very much in advance!

From everything I have read - this is a complete and total scam! I typed her name into Google and came up with nothing but complaints. Save yourself the money and find something else on this site!

Check them out on www.bbb.org.  Look for www.processathome.com.  It is a total scam.  The Better Business Bureau gives them an "F" rating.  They highlight all of these well-known companies that they do rebates for to reel you in but the truth is once you pay your money they teach you how to post ads on the web...nothing further is mentioned about rebate processing.  Trust me, I know.  I fell for it because it did mention the "big" companies like Gap and Home Depot and a 90 day refund if not satisfied.  These companies process their own rebates.  They do not outsource this job out to this crazy company.  The lady's name that heads it up is Angel something.  I paid $197 and then thought to look them up on the Better Business Bureau and found out the truth about their company.  I filed a complaint with BBB and the company requesting my $197 refund and received it within days (the refund).  They did send reading to me and all of it pertained to placing ads not processing rebates.  They make false claims.  Save your money!  Lesson learned...always check out www.bbb.org before paying any company any money.  Hope this helps.

Well as far as the mortgage rebates, the only person getting rich off that is the people asking for money and dupes sending it. I actually had to get my refund back for my mortgage insurance and was able to gladly by calling my mortgage company. Also, if you do work as one of their "agents" trying to get people to get their MI back, you CLEARLY have to explain that they individual requesting the money does not have to pay you and can make their request FOR FREE to HUD or their previous mortgage company.

So I say, unless you have money to waste, don't bother. It is a scam!

This is a scam. I know this for a fact because I signed up for it and lost money. The catch to the rebate processing job is that you must sell the products they give you and have people buy them. Once the people buy them then you can process there rebates. If no one buys the product then you do not get paid. These companies make it sound easy as if the products are items people want to buy but these products are not the products you would normally buy for example: Holy water for 6 dollars when you buy a gallon of regular water and call it holy for 98 cent. It's items like that...the big money people are the ones that get you to join and claim they will give you a full refund of your money when there is no way for you to contact them for a refund. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

This is a scam. There are two people promoting the same identical website. They have testimonials with pictures, but with different names under the two websites.  They promise one thing in the original ad, but when you pay your $197.00, they tell you that you must go through a 7 week traing period before you can start making money. How much time do you have before you can ask for a refund.  Chances are you have let your guarantee period expire. That's why they want you to go through the 7 week training period assuring that you have exceeded the guanantee period. If you request a refund, they will try to convince you that the program will work, but you must go through the 7 week training period. I had to ask or rather demand my refund for 7 or 8 times. I had to get rather nasty with them in order to get my refund. I had to file with my bank in order to insure that I would get my refund. They finally refunded my money. They will try to convince you that you should give the program time in order that they will not have to give you a refund.  I GUARANTEE YOU, THIS IS A SCAM.  STAY AWAY OR DEMAND YOUR REFUND BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.

PS, I HAVE EMAILS TO PROVE EVERYTHING THAT I HAVE STATED ABOVE.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
