I believe there was a discussion about this a few months ago here on the forum. The overall feeling was - yes - it's a scam.
They are associated with Impact Worldwide, a known modeling scam that has received some very negative attention, bad reviews, complaints and legal actions. The person behind Too Spoiled is Ayman El-Difrawi who has been charged with conspiracy to commit bank fraud and wire fraud, copyright violations, Internet fraud, and even child abuse of a seven year old.
This Too Spoiled scam is often advertised on Careerbuilder and Monster which is probably the most frustrating thing of all! So many job seekers trust these sites yet all they really do is sell ad space to any scammer that is looking to take advantage of job seekers.
So - ignore these TooSpoiled bogus emails. Do not give them your personal information. Do not believe any lies they tell you. Nothing good can come out of dealing with these scammers.

Thanks SOHO (Michelle) for your prompt response regarding information on this company. I didn't realize there had been a previous post in this forum about this company and its unscrupulous dealings. I certainly don't want to contribute in any way. Thanks again..

Hello Everyone, I just received a job offer as a "Site Moderator" for a company called TooSpoiled.com. I would really appreciate knowing if this company and benefits offered are legitimate or a scam? The email stated some very appealing benefits such as:
Highly competitive salary.
Full Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance benefits.
Flexibility - you can work your own hours, just as long as you put in at least 40 hours each week.
Opportunity for rapid advancement.
Tuition Reimbursements.
Job Description: Site Moderators monitor the content of the site to assure that any inappropriate postings are flagged and/or removed. Site Moderators also look to prevent members from targeting minors on the site.
Company info. (stated in the email) Too Spoiled, the worlds largest entertainment industry network, gives Models and Actors the best opportunity to network and gain international exposure. Combining MySpaces best features with a vast modeling and acting database while providing Talent the opportunity to earn extra money gives Too Spoiled its distinction.
Too Spoiled instantly allows Talent to earn money just by joining and by displaying ads on their portfolio page.
Models and Actors may join Too Spoiled completely free, unlike other entertainment industry sites.
Please advise as to the validity of this company, Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Cordially, Angela "SOHOer For Life"
